Stress affects performance, productivity, creativity, energy and relationships at the workplace. In this workshop participants will explore on this topic, understand it’s source and how to manage it using their unique personality and strengths. They will be activity sheets, tools to evaluate their stress profile, stress inventory and to identify their stressors and finally create their own plan to manage their stress.

Our principal trainer, Halbert Louis, is a certified Stress consultant with the Institute for Motivational Living, Inc.
